About the Course
This is a practical, uplifting course designed to help you feel more confident, believe in yourself and show up in life as the real you. Over four sessions, you'll be supported by a small, friendly group of up to ten people – in a space where you can feel seen, heard and safe to grow.
Together, we'll gently challenge the unhelpful beliefs that hold you back, help you make friends with your inner critic and build habits that support a strong, empowered version of you. You’ll explore your personal values and strengths, develop assertiveness and learn how to set (and keep) healthy boundaries in all areas of life.
Between sessions, you’ll get beautiful, practical resources and simple tasks to keep your momentum going. Plus, you’ll hear from inspiring guest speakers and learn some useful coaching skills along the way.
This course focuses on your future, not your past. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable – this is your space, at your pace. There’s no pressure to 'fix' anything – just an opportunity to reflect, grow and move forward with more confidence and clarity.

COACHING TESTIMONIAL
When I started my coaching with Adam I was trying to start my own business and adapt to life in a new state, I was in a bad place. I felt unmotivated, unsure of myself, and incapable of making the necessary moves to advance my professional life. After three sessions with him, I landed a new part-time job, gained confidence, and feel ready to take on any new challenges that come my way.
Claire, USA.
COACHING TESTIMONIAL
I was experiencing a great deal of anxiety at work and Adam brought so much insight, perspective and many tools to my toolkit. His warmth and compassionate approach quickly broke the ice and allowed us to get to the hard work of analysis and planning. I value the time we spent together and the progress he’s helped me make in my life. I wouldn't have this much courage to push forward with my career goals without his support. Adam, thank you so much for the personal and professional growth.
Ben, Canada.
